Interstate and US Highway Markers

Can someone tell this old man how to get Highway markers (Numbers) on my site. I have a Bitmap image of the Interstates (with Numbers) for the Memphis Radar which serves my city as well, but I don't know to get them on my site.

I think he's actually looking for the interstate (etc...) marker symbols that one of the users had created. It was a text overlay file and icons.

Evan is correct. Before my hard drive crash one of our members gave me the Interstates and US Highway markers, which I put on my site. He had also created markers for the State roads in his State and he indicated that he did not necessarily, want to tackle the State of Tennessee.
