Image Processing

Hi All,

For some reason I keep getting an error that says "Error Processing Image" and well nothing shows up except a blank Grey screen.

Anyone have any ideas why this might be happening?

What radar sites are you trying to access, what products are you trying to view (like Composite Reflectivity, etc.), and what's your source of the radar data (default National Weather Service servers or a 3rd party like AllisonHouse)?

I have tried several radar sites, and several different products, I tried national weather service and Allison house. It seems to download ok but then after the down load completes then the error shows up. I never had this problem before. I did do an upgrade recently then after the upgrade is when it started.

It sounds like you may have updated using the full version installer, and not the update installer.

I suggest uninstalling StormLab (this will de-register your license but leave any custom configurations), and then install the latest update using the full version of the installer: http://www.interwarn.com/stormlab_setup-4.1.5.exe
