Hi, how do you put your logo on your radar that you downloaded off storm lab stuff.com

The logos are only attached to saved/screen captured imagery (they really serve no purpose other than blocking the screen on a live image through StormLab). Logos can be attached to captures via the Setup, Screen Capture/Upload menu.
