I am trying to subscribe to StormLabStuff through Paypal, and it won't let me!

I'm trying to sign up for a $25.00 per month subscription, so that I can do my part to help with the monthly costs of running this great forum.

However, when I click the $25.00 per month subscribe button, it simply takes me to my PayPal account but doesn't have anything populated or filled in.

How can I start my monthly subscription to this site, and pay through Paypal?
